Obituary of Vicky Lynn Moreno

 

Vicky Lynn Moreno (Dzioba/Yanamura) 

October 13th, 1966 – August 1st, 2022 

 

Vicky Lynn Dzioba sailed into this world on October 13th, 1966, in Port Hueneme, California.  

The middle daughter of Douglas and Faye and bookended by older sister Didi and younger sister Chrissy, Vicky shared her childhood with her sisters as a military brat until the family settled in Livermore CA in the early 70s. 

Vicky married Tobin Yanamura and together they brought two beautiful and cherished children into this world, their son Jeremy and their daughter Jennifer, Vicky’s heart was full of love for both of her children. 

Vicky lived her adult life in the Sacramento area and was surrounded by friends who shared a deep connection with her until the very end. 

Vicky and her younger sister Chrissy shared a precious bond in life and Chrissy honored Vicky with companionship, compassion, and love as she transitioned at the end. 

Vicky and her mother enjoyed their own special bond together; forged in understanding, acceptance, and loyalty, they faced the diagnosis of terminal illnesses together and supported each other with unwavering love and dedication in this life and promising to do so in the next. 

Vicky's absence is felt deeply by all those who shared so many precious and memorable moments with her throughout her life. Those who remain behind, will hold her in her our hearts remembering the joy she brought us and finding some solace that she is no longer suffering and is finally at peace. 

Vicky is held in loving memories by friends, family and so many others.
