Obituary of James Brian Fowler

James Brian Fowler, age 49, died in Folsom, California, Born on Oct. 2, in Berkley, CA, he lived in Walnut Creek, CA, most of his life. Brian Graduated from UCSB in 1991 with a degree in Political Science; He was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Cal Gamma Fraternity. Brian worked for several non-profit organizations; CASA, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Marine World Africa USA, and Marine Science Institute. He authored The Patrick O’Brian Codebook, 2013, and Founded Diablo Fine Art Gallery in Walnut Creek. Brian devoted the last three years to raising his niece. Survivors include one brother, two sisters, two nephews, and three nieces. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joan Cynthia Moss.
